April McBride, our General manager brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including property management and both residential and commercial sales, as well as more than 5+ years of hands-on construction management. She lives on a farm where life is busy but full, and her greatest joy comes from spending time with her two kids—whether they’re working on the family farm or cheering on their favorite college football team. For April, building isn’t just about structures—it’s about creating spaces where families can grow, gather, and make memories for years to come.

Barbara Stevens brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in renovation, design, and project management to every build. Originally from Italy, Barbara holds a Master’s degree in Interior Design and has personally rebuilt and transformed homes, blending timeless European design with practical, real-world construction knowledge.
