Owner

April McBride, our fearless leader, brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including property management and both residential and commercial sales, as well as more than 5+ years of hands-on construction management. This unique combination of expertise provides our clients with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring every project is approached with
both vision and precision.

As a proud Augusta, Georgia native, April understands the importance of home, community, and family. She lives on a farm where life is busy but full, and her greatest joy comes from spending time with her two kids—whether they’re working on the family farm or cheering on their favorite college football team. For April, building isn’t just about structures—it’s about creating spaces where families can grow, gather, and make memories for years to come.

Patrick Pearson

Senior Production Manager

Patrick Pearson brings leadership, experience, and a strong commitment to excellence to the C3 Builders team. A proud United States Navy veteran, Patrick embodies the values of integrity, dedication, and professionalism.

With over five years of experience as a Production Manager in the CSRA, he has built a reputation for dependable service and effective project management. At C3 Builders, Patrick plays a key role in overseeing production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Taylor O’Neil

General Manager

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Taylor brings extensive knowledge, proven leadership, and a hands-on approach to the C3 Builders team. Having worked his way up from the field to serving as Vice President of a construction company, Taylor understands every aspect of the industry from the ground up. 

His experience in project management, team leadership, and business operations makes him an invaluable asset to C3 Builders. As General Manager, Taylor is committed to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer service while helping the company continue to grow and deliver exceptional results.
